Chelsea City Hall

In order to convey the image of a progressive community, the town of Chelsea chose TurnerBatson to design a master plan for a City Center area.

The main floor of this 18,000 square-foot facility houses several different departments: the mayor's office, city council chambers, a public library and a sub-station for the Shelby County Sheriff's office. The underground basement level includes space for records storage and archives along with an emergency shelter.
